Ongoing Delays, No Communication, and Zero Accountability
I am extremely disappointed with the way MiWay and their appointed repairer have handled my vehicle claim. My car has been with the repairer since 24 November 2025, and I have received almost no meaningful communication since then.
I have had to continuously follow up for basic information, because neither MiWay nor the repairer proactively communicates. Promises of call-backs and updates are repeatedly made and repeatedly broken.
The repairer has confirmed that several parts are on backorder with no estimated arrival date, yet they still haven't provided the written confirmation or the parts list they promised me. MiWay has also ignored multiple formal complaints I submitted, responding only with automated messages and no actual assistance.
As a result, I've been left without a vehicle for months, unable to plan, unable to work from the office, and dealing with completely avoidable stress and frustration. There has been zero transparency and zero accountability from both MiWay and their repairer.
All I am asking for is: • A formal, written parts list • Written confirmation of the backorder situation • A realistic plan to resolve the claim, whether through proper repair timelines or reassessment
MiWay, please step in and take responsibility for resolving this properly. The lack of service is unacceptable.
