I've been with Vodacom for 3 years now and the network coverage has been consistently excellent. Even in rural areas, I rarely lose signal. Their customer service has also improved significantly over the years.

Good coverage but claims process can be slow
Discovery offers comprehensive coverage and their Vitality program is great for encouraging healthy habits. However, I've found the claims process to be somewhat slow at times. Overall satisfied but there's room for improvement.
Best banking app in SA
FNB's mobile app is incredible. I can do everything from my phone - transfers, payments, even apply for credit. The eBucks rewards program is also fantastic. Highly recommend!

Hit or miss delivery times
Product selection is great and prices are competitive. However, delivery times can be unpredictable. Sometimes I get items next day, other times it takes a week. Wish they were more consistent.
Poor customer service experience
Had a billing issue that took 3 weeks to resolve. Was passed between multiple departments. The network itself is fine but their customer service needs serious work.
