Incredibly fast claim processing!

I had a minor accident last week and was dreading the claims process. To my surprise, the claim was processed within 48 hours and the payout was in my account the same week. The claims consultant was professional and kept me updated throughout. Highly recommend!

Great app, but premiums increased

The app is fantastic - I can manage my policy, submit claims, and even request roadside assistance with a few taps. However, my premium increased by 15% this year without any claims. The app experience is excellent but the value could be better.

Towing service saved my day

My car broke down on the N1 highway during rush hour. Called and within 35 minutes a tow truck arrived. The driver was professional and my car was safely delivered to the workshop. This is why I stay - reliable service when you need it most.

Good coverage, long call wait times

The actual insurance coverage is solid and claims are handled well. My issue is with the call center - I've had to wait 20+ minutes multiple times just to speak to someone about my policy. They need to improve their phone support capacity.

Best insurance company I've used

Been a customer for 5 years now and they've been consistently excellent. Claims are processed quickly, premiums are reasonable, and customer service is always helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable insurance.

Easy online policy management

Managing my policy online is a breeze. The website and app are user-friendly and I can do everything from updating my details to downloading policy documents. Only giving 4 stars because of a billing issue that took a while to resolve.
